Hire Information

Bayford Village Hall is available to hire for residents and non-residents.

Please read full Terms and Conditions of Hire.

Hire Charges:

The Hall can be booked for half day, afternoon, evening or for the full day. Flexibility will be given for bookings which may cross into different sessions, for example, 11am-1pm.

General Information:

Please note there is no off-road parking available onsite.

Please DO:

• Advise all attendees of the fire exits and that this is a no smoking hall
• Supervise young children especially on arrival/departure because of the road outside
• Tidy up and sweep up/mop any spills
• Take all rubbish home (speare bin bags will be in the kitchen)
• Report breakages
• Bring your own tea towels
• Clear and wipe around the fridge and overn at the end of your booking
• Turn the heating off (unless otherwise stated)
• Ensure the building ie properly locked at the end of your booking and the keys returned to Newell House (next door)

Please DON’T

• Leave the building unlocked and unattended
• Block fire exits
• Leave crockery/cutlery in the dishwasher
